Find your lost voices in a co-op platformer adventure. Together with a friend, via online cross-platform or couch co-op, explore the wild, colorful realm of Vokabulantis as Kurt and Karla in a story about the first time they held hands — where everything you see is crafted by hand.

During my time, I worked closely with programmers and artists in Unreal Engine 5, designing and prototyping gameplay that supported cooperative play, clear communication, and strong narrative beats.

These were my daily tasks:

  • Designed and iterated on mechanics, encounters, and moments that relied on collaboration between both characters.

  • Implemented and tuned gameplay systems in UE5, responding to internal playtests and studio/designer’s feedback.

  • Created clear documentation for systems and features, so that the wider team could understand my design intent and extend or maintain my work.

My focus was on building playful, readable interactions that felt satisfying to play together, and ensuring that each sequence reinforced both the emotional story and the core co-op experience!
